Abdulkader Hasan Khalaf, his wife and their four children have been granted leave to remain on humanitarian grounds by the Norwegian authorities.

The family are reportedly in good health. They had lived in hiding since their asylum application was finally rejected by the Norwegian Immigration Appeals Court on 11 September.

No further action is required by the Urgent Action network. Many thanks to all who sent appeals on behalf of Abdulkader Hasan Khalaf and his family. Your action was very valuable.
