Amnesty International welcomes the positive signs for human rights in Kenya, and urges the Kenyan Government to consider the following additional areas: impunity; torture and ill-treatment; violence against women; administration of justice and judicial reform; review of the constitution of Kenya; and ratification of International Human Rights Instruments.
