This report addresses some of Amnesty International's main concerns with regard to human rights protection in the Bahamas, focusing on detainees in the custody of immigration, the police or the prison service. It provides key findings and recommendations following the visit of an Amnesty International delegation to the Bahamas in August 2002 and ongoing monitoring since that date.
