USA: Further information: Florida resets execution of Cuban national

Manuel Valle, a Cuban national, is due to be executed in Florida at 4pm on 28 September 2011. He was convicted of the murder of a police officer in 1978. He was 27 when first sent to death row. He is now 61, having spent over three decades under the threat of execution.
