China: NGO Worker Missing in China

Zhuang Lu, a woman who works for the legal aid and research organization, the Open Constitution Initiative (OCI, known as Gongmeng in Chinese) in the Chinese capital, Beijing, has been missing since 22 August 2009. She may be in police custody and is at risk of torture or other ill-treatment.
