Pakistan: Open Letter to President Pervez Musharraf

This letter to the President of Pakistan expresses Amnesty International's concern about the arbitrary arrests and detention of people, including children, accused of suspected membership of the groups al-Qui'da and the Taliban. There are indications that some of the detainees may be in the process of being handed over to the US without reference to legal requirements, including Pakistan's domestic legislation governing expedition.
