Yemen: Released and exiled: Torture, unfair trials and Forcible exile of Yemenis under Huthi Rule

Since 2015, Huthi de facto authorities have launched a campaign of arbitrary arrests and detention against individuals exercising their right to expression, opinion and religious belief perceived to oppose their rule. This campaign has targeted journalists, human rights defenders, political opponents and member of religious monitories and others. This report exposes detention-related violations committed by the Huthi de facto authorities and the impossible choice survivors were faced with upon their release.
