They are: the imprisonment of Emile Ruvyiro in Burundi; the reported ill-treatment and consequent mental illness of prisoner of conscience Zhou Min in China; the killing of Gustavo Chinchilla Jaimes and Parmenio Ruiz Suarez in Colombia; the killing of Manuel de Jesus Guerra Arita in Honduras; the imprisonment of Chakufwa Chihana in Malawi; the imprisonment of Driss el Ghenimi in Morocco; the killing of Efren Gamboa in the Philippines; the killing of Professor Hlalanathi Sibankulu in South Africa; the alleged ill-treatment of Antonio Copete Gonzalez by members of the Civil Guard in Mallorca (Spain).
