Women human rights defenders at risk

Human rights defenders around the world face serious dangers and difficulties on account of their work to promote and defend the human rights of others. This report, which highlights cases involving women human rights defenders in China, Iran, Mexico, Myanmar, Uzbekistan and Zimbabwe, is one in a series of Amnesty International documents illustrating the different obstacles and forms of harassment faced by human rights defenders worldwide.
