This report shows how the mass forced evictions in Luanda violated the right to adequate housing and other human rights contained in national laws and in international human rights treaties to which Angola is a State Party. The report contains recommendations to the authorities which would, if implemented, provide protection against forced evictions and constitute concrete steps towards the realization of the right to adequate housing
