Felipe Ondó Obiang, one of the leaders of Fuerza Demócrata Republicana (FDR, Democratic Republican Force) in Equatorial Guinea, and about 60 of his supporters, friends and relatives have reportedly been tortured in police custody and are in urgent need of medical care.
