Ethiopia must improve its human rights record to be a credible candidate for election to the Human Rights Council

As a candidate for membership of the Human Rights Council, Ethiopia must take immediate steps to address serious human rights concerns in the country. Amnesty International urges Ethiopia to submit concrete, credible and measurable pledges to address concerns expressed in this statement.
