Mauritania: Further information: Four activists released; seven charged

Four Mauritanian anti-slavery activists, who had been detained in an unknown location since the end of April, have now been released. Seven more activists detained at the same time were charged on 30 May. They have been transferred to the Central Prison in Nouakchott, Mauritania's capital.
