In this letter Amnesty International welcomes the work human rights defenders in Somalia are doing to campaign for human rights, reconciliation and justice. The organization calls on the Transitional Federal Government, Ethiopian troops supporting it and their opponents, to fully respect international humanitarian law and human rights.
