In this open letter, non-governmental organizations urge delegates to recognize and respond to the gravity of the human rights situation in Sudan, and to contribute fully to ensuring that the Human Rights Council addresses the serious and widespread violations of human rights and international humanitarian law in the country under the Council’s agenda item 4 during its upcoming 27th session.
