Gamar Eldin Mohammed Eisa was released without charge on 21 June after being held incommunicado by the security services since 10 June. However, Abbas El Tigani still remains in incommunicado detention and Amnesty International remains concerned for his safety as he may be at risk of torture or ill-treatment.
