Jan Sithole, Secretary General of the Swaziland Federation of Trade Unions (SFTU); Jabulani Nxumalo, SFTU Deputy Secretary General; Richard Nxumalo, SFTU President; Themba Msibi, SFTU Vice-President: On 26 February 1997 senior magistrate Joseph Gumedze acquitted the above named men of the charges against them and ordered their release.
