Uganda: Arrest war crimes suspects now (Postcard)

In July 2005, the International Criminal Court issued arrest warrants for four senior leaders of the Lord's Resistance Army who are suspected of crimes against humanity and war crimes committed in Uganda. A UN mission (MONUC) is deployed in the Democratic Republic of Congo, but has no clear mandate to enforce ICC arrest warrants. This postcard urges the UN Security Council to clarify MONUC's mandate and ask it to enforce ICC arrest warrants.
