Dr Waldo Albarracin and his family: There is serious concern for the safety of Dr Waldo Albarracín, president of The Asamblea Permanente de Derechos Humanos, Permanent Human Rights Assembly - a leading Bolivian non-governmental human rights organization - and candidate for the position of Ombudsman. There is also concern for his family who have been subjected to a new wave of death threats.
