Bolivia: Further information on fear for safety

Dr Waldo Albarracin, a human rights defender, and his family continue to suffer harassment and anonymous death threats at their new address. There remains grave concern for their safety, particularly in view of the authorities' failure to provide them with protection. Amnesty International is also continuing to call for an investigation into these threats.
