In this update to Amnesty International's 2002 submission to the UN Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination on the occasion of the examination of the seventeenth and eighteenth periodic reports submitted by Canada, the organization highlights concerns in three areas that were highlighted by the Committee: Indigenous peoples, refugees and migrants, and racial profiling in the context of anti-terrorism laws.
