Amnesty International is concerned about the extrajudicial execution of two brothers, Pedro and Carlos Jaramillo Mera, and the attempted extrajudicail execution of Pedro Geovanny Baque Tuárez. Nobody has been convicted and neither Pedro Baque nor the relatives of the Jaramillo brothers have received appropriate reparation.
