Members of Taller de Desarrollo Comunitario (Community Development Worskhop, TADECO) a community development and human rights organization in Chilpancingo, capital of Guerrero state, southern Mexico, have received death threats and have been followed. The Mexican authorities have offered no protection to the activists.
