The above-named are scheduled to be executed on 8 December 1992. Brian Francois was sentenced to death in 1986 for murder. Lal Seeratan was also sentenced to death for murder in 1986. The Judicial Committee of the Privy Council in London, Trinidad’s final court of appeal, rejected their requests for leave to appeal in 1988.
