This action sheet considers the "disappearance" of two Yemeni nationals who were held by US authorities in underground detention for over 1½ years. They are now in Yemen, detained without charge or trial. The next case is of an individual abducted in Italy, taken to Germany and thence to Egypt where he was tortured and where he remains held in an unknown place of detention. The final case is of a Yemeni national released from Guantánamo and returned to Yemen where he remains detained without trial or charge.
