This letter to the Prime Minister of Bangladesh expresses Amnesty International's concern about reports that the government of Bangladesh is considering signing a bilateral agreement with the United States of America (USA) providing impunity to any USA nationals within its territory if a warrant of arrest or surrender has been issued against them by the International Criminal Court (ICC) on grounds of genocide, crimes against humanity and war crimes.
