China: Fear of torture or ill-treatment/medical concern

At least six people with HIV/AIDS, including Cheng Fudong and Kong Wanli, have reportedly been detained by police in Henan province, central China, after seeking help from the local authorities. They may be at risk of torture or ill-treatment, and Amnesty International is seriously concerned for their safety.
