Indonesia: Submission to the United Nations Committee on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights: 52nd Pre-sessional working group, 2 to 6 December 2013

Amnesty International submits the following information to the United Nations (UN) Committee on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights in advance of the review of Indonesia’s initial report on implementation of the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights. The briefing highlights concerns around barriers to sexual and reproductive health rights; domestic workers in Indonesia; migrant domestic workers; and religious minority groups. It is important to note that the concerns listed here are not exhaustive.
