Chao Sambath, Nhek Bun Chhay, Por Bun Sreu MP, Serey Kosal: There is concern for the safety of Chao Sambath, who is believed to have been arrested on 9 July. There is also concern for the other men named above, who are believed to be at risk of arrest after First Prime Minister Norodom Ranariddh was ousted in a coup over the weekend of 5-6 July by his rival Second Prime Minister Hun Sen. Fears for their safety and that of other FUNCINPEC members have been heightened following the arrest and death on 7 July of Hor Sok, a member of FUNCINPEC and Secretary of State at the Ministry of the Interior.
