Malaysia: Fear of torture or ill-treatment/incommunicado detention

Thirteen named students were arrested on 10 November by the Malaysian police under the Internal Security Act (ISA), which allows for indefinite detention without charge or trial. They are being detained by police and are at risk of ill-treatment, at times amounting to torture.
