Lokman Noor bin Haji Adam, Mohamad Khair Mohamad Noor, Abdullah Rashid bin Ahmad, all members of the United Malay National Organization (UMNO); and Zulkifli Othman. New names: Fadhillah bin Abu Bakr, Mohamed Nasir bin Hussein and Monashofian Zulkairnan: Three more people have been detained under the Internal Security Act (ISA) and are at risk of ill-treatment in detention. The first four men named above remain in custody.
