This postcard, (not printed in English) addressed to President Vladimir Putin, highlights the case of Aminat Dugaeva, a 15-year-old girl, who was seized by masked men in camouflage from her aunt's house as 3am on 16 May 2003. Aminat and her sister-in-law Kurbika Zinabdieva have not been seen since. He is one of thousands of people who have become victims of enforced disappearances in Chechnya. The postcard urges the President to make public the official list of missing people; to investigate effectively all enforced disappearances; to establish an autopsy service in Chechnya; and to protect witnesses and relatives from intimidation.
