Among the 30 people detained for taking part in and organizing the demonstration in Minsk on 19 December 2010, two, Natallya Radzina, and Syargei Vaznyak, have been released under bail conditions. Two more, Uladzimir Nyaklyayeu and Iryna Khalip, are now under house arrest. Alyaksandr Atroshchankau has been added to the list of prisoners of conscience.
