Pavel Sheremet, Dimitry Zavadsky and Yaroslav Ovchinnikov, three members of a Russian television crew: On 7 August 1997, Yaroslav Ovchinnikov was freed from detention, although it is not clear at present whether criminal charges against him still apply. The other two named above remain in detention pending trial.
