Amnesty International submits this summary of concerns for the consideration of the Human Rights Committee (HRC) at the pre-sessional meeting in July 2006 in connection with its upcoming examination of Ukraine’s sixth periodic report on implementation of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR). This submission aims to provide information on particular concerns of Amnesty International about some of the areas in which Ukraine has failed to fulfil its obligations under the ICCPR.
