Sergey Golovin, aged 22, Sh. Morldasametov, aged 20, V. Dolshnikov, aged 24, G.Lubashov, aged 24, K. Shumagaleyev, aged 32, K. Tuleobayev, aged 33: on 13 or 14 March the Presidential Clemency Commission will study the clemency petitions of the six men named above. If the petitions are rejected, the men will be executed within four days of the decision, unless granted clemency by the President.
