Duyshenbek Medetbekov, Ishenbek Medetbekov, Oleg Prokhorets, Vladimir Prokhorets, Rustam Valimukhamedov, Emilbek Chakiyev, Shezyr Sushanlo, Viktor Klochikhin, Adyl Nurayev, Oktyabr Orozbayev: There is concern that the ten men named above were sentenced to death in 1996 for premeditated, aggravated murder. The Supreme Court has turned down their appeals. There is further concern at allegations of forced confessions.
