This briefing takes into account developments which have taken place since March 2010 and in particular the Action Plan which was communicated to the Committee of Ministers on 16 December 2010 on the implementation of the judgment adopted by the government of the Republic of Croatia. Amnesty International is concerned that despite some steps undertaken by the Croatian government, the measures developed by the authorities are insufficient to address the causes of discrimination of Romani pupils in the education system of Croatia.
