In this document Amnesty International makes recommendations to the governments of different states about ratification of international human rights standards, domestic legislation and human rights violations. The abuses considered include administrative detention, refoulement, forced eviction, maternal mortality, excessive use of force, the death penalty, violence against women, violations by police and other security forces and economic, social and cultural rights.
