Amnesty International remains concerned that inhabitants of the Gaza Strip who are in need of medical care not available in Gaza continue to be denied passage out of Gaza by the Israeli authorities. The organization is urging that such access be urgently assured for 11 men and two women who are in urgent need of medical treatment not available in Gaza but who have been denied passage out of Gaza.
