In this submission, Amnesty International expresses concern that Israel has rejected the International Court of Justice’s opinion on the wall and withdrawn its cooperation with the Human Rights Council. The organization also draws attention to the failure of Israeli authorities to credibly and thoroughly investigate war crimes and possible crimes against humanity as well as the continued practice of detention without charge or trial, forced evictions of Palestinians and arbitrary restrictions on their right to freedom of movement.
