This report details the hundreds of arrests in Israel and East Jerusalem in connection with demonstrations and disturbances. Amnesty International is concerned that some of those arrested, including children, were beaten or otherwise ill treated, and is calling for the Israeli Government to investigate such allegations against the security forces, as well as the denial of access to lawyers.
