Medical letter writing action: Morocco: Mohamed Raiss

Mohamed Raiss, a 53-year-old Lieutenant in the Moroccan Army and former prisoner of Tazmamert secret detention centre, has reportedly been moved to Kentira Central Prison. He is said to be in poor health, suffering from hypertension, heart problems and other complaints related to chronic deprivation. Kentira Central Prison is believed to have virtually no medical facilities and to be unable to provide care for any but the most trivial medical complaints.
