Medical letter writing action: Tunisia: Mohcen Ben Abdallah Ben Taieb Zeghdoudi

Mohcen Zeghdoudi, a 23-year-old student who has been treated for chronic depression since 1983, was rearrested in November 1991, less than two weeks after his release from over 80 days in garde a vue detention. His family and lawyer have been unable to obtain any information on his whereabouts. Amnesty International is concerned that Mohcen Zeghdoudi is again being held incommunicado beyond the legal maximum of 10 days and may be at risk of torture. There are also fears that he may not be receiving his normal medication.
