Mu'amar al-'Abdali, Basam al-Humaidan and 'Ali al-Humaidan, all members of the Shi'a Zaidi community who live mainly in northern Yemen, are being held incommunicado at unconfirmed locations, and may be at risk of torture and ill-treatment.
