Amnesty International's delegates currently in Bolivia, Virginia Shoppee y Dr. Rafael Barrios, will present the organization's concerns on prison conditions in that country at a press conference.

The Amnesty International mission has visited La Paz, Cochabamba, El Chapare and Santa Cruz visiting prisons and detention centers and gathering information on prison conditions. The delegates have met with national and local authorities to present the organization's concerns. They have also met with non-governmental organizations.
