Amnesty International has learned that on 16 February 1995 the Medical Council reconsidered the case of Theocharis Theokli Theocharidis and declared him unfit for military exercises on health grounds. He is now definitely exempt from military obligations.

No further action by the Urgent Action Network is required on his behalf. Many thanks to all who sent appeals.
