Council of Europe: Comments on follow-up of the Interlaken Declaration

Amnesty International, the AIRE Centre, the European Human Rights Advocacy Centre, the International Commission of Jurists, Interights, Justice and Liberty consider that the effective implementation of many of the elements of the Interlaken Declaration and Plan of Action could lead to enhanced respect for human rights in the Council of Europe member states. The organizations therefore welcome the opportunity to participate in the continuing discussions on the implementation of the Interlaken Declaration. In that context, the organizations submit these comments.
