قالت منظمة العفو الدولية إنه يجب على قوات الأمن السودانية أن تتوقف عن إطلاق الرصاص الحي على المتظاهرين. وجاءت هذه الدعوة بعد التأكد من أن ما لا يقل عن ثمانية متظاهرين قتلوا يوم الثلاثاء بدت على صدورهم آثار جروح ناجمة عن إطلاق رصاص عليهم، بعضهم أطلقت عليه النار من مسافة قريبة.
