Paris: Amnesty International Secretary General at 60th anniversary of Universal Declaration of Human Rights events
Irene Khan, Amnesty International's Secretary General, will participate in events in Paris that are being organized leading up to the 60th Anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights which was adopted by the United Nations in Paris on 10 December 1948.
International Seminar on Business and Human Rights, 4 December 2008
Ms Khan will address business and civil society leaders from around the world in a session entitled Implementing a common framework on business and human rights.
